介绍了环氧酸酐漆应用过程中采取的一系列保证措施及应用过程中出现的问题,保证了高压环氧酸酐漆的顺利应用及推广。环氧酸酐环保浸渍漆性能优良,可以减薄绝缘厚度,节约了大量的成本。且该漆不含有挥发性活性稀释剂,减少了有毒有害气体的排放量,满足国家提倡的绿色环保的要求。但该漆使用条件要求严格,如不定期维护清理,易造成浸渍漆的污染,从而引起粘度升高、胶凝等严重后果。

Epoxy acid anhydride environmental protection impregnating varnish has excellent performance,which can reduce the thickness of insulation system and then save a lot of cost for the whole motor manufacturing industry. Moreover,the varnish does not contain volatile active diluents,so as to reduce the discharge quantity of toxic and harmful gas and meet the environmental protection requirements advocated by the state. However,this kind of varnish requires strict application condition,e. g. unregular maintenance and clean can easily cause pollution,increased viscosity,gelling and other serious consequences of the varnish. This paper introduces a series guarantee measures adopted and some problems occurred in application process of epoxy acid anhydride protection varnish in detail,which has ensured smooth application and popularization of the high-voltage epoxy acid anhydride varnish.
