350 MW超临界机组预热启动系统的比较

摘要 在实际工程的基础上,针对超临界机组的锅炉本体启动时的冷态清洗及热态清洗,提出了锅炉启动邻机加热系统设置的必要性,并且对锅炉采用少油点火和采用邻机加热系统进行锅炉热态清洗2种方案进行了综合经济性比较,得出采用邻机加热系统具有一定节能优势,可以大大减少机组启动时消耗的燃油、燃煤量。 On the basis of the practice of a project, In view of the cold and hot cleaning of the boiler body during startup, the necessity of setting up the neighboring heating system of the boiler is analyzed,and using less oil and neighboring heating system to boiler thermal cleaning are economy compared comprehensively, it is considers that the neighboring heating system has certain advantages of energy saving, can reduce the amount of fuel and coal consumption.
