350 MW火电机组输煤PLC系统典型设计

摘要 目前在新建火电厂的输煤控制系统中基于PLC的控制系统应用广泛,以大唐沈东电厂为例,提出一个基于AB公司Controllogix1756-L72 PLC控制器的全厂输煤程控系统设计方案,介绍2台350 MW燃煤机组输煤设备及现场设备安装特点,从提高系统安全可靠性的角度进行冗余的电源设计、PLC核心模块设计、通信网设计等方面对该方案进行分析,认为该方案经济安全,对今后工程设计具有典型参考价值。 At present,the PLC-based control system in the coal control system of newly-built thermal power plants is widely used.In this paper,taking the Datang Shendong Power Plant as an example, the design scheme of the whole plant coal handling program control system based on AB's Controllogix 1756-L 72 PLC controller is introduced.By analyzing the installation characteristics of two 350 MW coal-fired units and the on-site equipment,the redundant power supply design, PLC core module design,and communication network design are adopted to improve the system safety and reliability.The design scheme has a typical reference value for future engineering design work.
