摘要
目的:通过检测石河子市北湖水体中重金属铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)和类金属砷(As)的含量,描述北湖水体Pb、Hg、As在枯水期、丰水期、平水期的分布特征,评价Pb、Hg、As污染状况,初步评估北湖水质。方法:分别在枯水期、丰水期、平水期布点采样。用石墨炉法检测北湖水体中Pb的含量,冷原子吸收法检测Hg的含量,原子荧光法检测As的含量。结果:北湖枯水期、丰水期、平水期水体中的Pb、Hg含量未测出,As含量较低。水体中Pb、Hg、As含量均低于我国《GB3938-2002地表水环境质量标准》Ⅲ类水质标准。As含量呈现丰水期(7.50±0.50)>平水期(6.99±0.31)>枯水期(5.05±0.34)的趋势(P<0.05),As污染指数为枯水期(0.10±0.01)、丰水期(0.15±0.01)、平水期(0.14±0.01)。结论:实验表明,北湖水质可能无Pb、Hg、As污染,北湖水质需进一步监测。
Objective: To estimate the pollution levels of Pb, Hg, As and evaluate quality of the North Lake.This study detected the contents of heavy metal Pb, Hg and metalloid As and described their distribution in rainless, rainfull, medium season.Methods: Distributed points and sampled in rainless, rainfull and medium season,graphite furnace was used to detect Pb content and cold-vapor atomic absorption method was used to detect Hg content and atomic fluorescen spectrometry method was used to detect As content.Results: Contents of Pb, Hg were not found and As content was low in rainless, rainfull and medium season.The contents of Pb, Hg and As in North Lake were less than the GB3938-2002 water quality standard of class Ⅲ surface Water Quality Standards in China.And As content showed the trend of rainfull season(7.50±0.50) 〉 medium season(6.99±0.31) 〉 rainless(5.05±0.34)season(P〈0.05 ).Pollution index in rainless was (0.10±0.01) and rainfull season was (0.15±0.01) and medium season was (0.14±0.01).Conclusion: This research indicated that the water quality of the North Lake may wasn't polluted by Pb, Hg and As.The contents needs more detection.
