护本生应对方式及其影响因素的调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解护理本科生的应对方式现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般情况调查表及简易应对方式量表,对某大学医学院护理本科生(以下简称护本生)采取分层整群抽样的方法进行问卷调查。结果:(1)护本生积极应对得分(2.10±0.41),高于全国常模,消极应对得分(1.32±0.57),低于全国常模。(2)男生消极应对得分(1.45±0.61),高于女生(1.30±0.56),不同性别的护本生消极应对方式差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)四年级消极应对得分(1.48±0.63)均高于一年级(1.21±0.55)、二年级(1.31±0.55),不同年级的护本生消极应对方式差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:学校应加强对护本生应对方式的教育与指导,着重培养高年级护本生和男生的积极应对方式。积极的应对方式有利于维护大学生身心健康,培养良好的心理品质。 Objective: To know about the status and influencing factors of the coping style among nursing undergraduates.Methods: The general information and simplified coping style questionnaire survey was conducted among nursing undergraduates in Shihezi University School of medicine by stratified cluster sampling method.Results: (1)The positive coping scores of the nursing undergraduates(2.10+0.41) were higher than the national norm,and the negative coping scores (1.32+0.57) were lower than the national norm. (2)The boys' passive coping scores(1.45+ 0.61) were higher than those of girls (1.30+0.56), and the difference of passive coping styles between different genders was statistically significant(P〈0.05).(3)The scores of negative coping in grade four (1.48+0.63) was higher than that in grade one (1.21+0.55), grade two (1.31+0.55), and the difference of passive coping styles among nursing undergraduates in different grades was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The school should strengthen the education and guidance to the coping style of the nursing undergraduates, especially to cultivate the positive coping styles of the senior and the boy nursing undergraduates.The positive coping style is beneficial to the maintenance of college students' physical and mental health and the cultivation of good psychological quality.
