新疆高校创新创业教育调查研究

Investigation and Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Xinjiang Colleges and Universities

以新疆在校大学生创新创业教育调查问卷为依托,在新疆9所高校随机发放问卷3 200份,收回有效问卷2827份,有效率为88.34%,调查从大学生创新创业意愿、兴趣,教育现状,教育需求3个方面展开,共涉及31个问题。经过调查统计分析发现新疆在校大学生创业思想基础较好,认识接地气,价值观念阳光、富有朝气,对创业前期的准备也比较理性、稳健。了解掌握了新疆高校创新创业教育在新疆地区的运行状况和特征,以及相关政策、制度和服务保障措施的运行情况,并对新疆在校大学生的创新创业需求和创新环境进行了分析比较,为新疆维吾尔自治区政府、高校及社会在创新创业教育方面的进一步规划布局提供基础数据依据和可行性建议。

Based on the questionnaires on innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students in Xinjiang,this pa- per randomly distributed 3 200 questionnaires and 2 827 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective rate of 88. 34%. The questionnaire covers 31 questions from three aspects：University students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship will- ingness,interest,education status quo and education needs. Through the investigation and statistical analysis,it is found that Xinjiang college students have a good foundation of entrepreneurship, a sunny and energetic value, and a more rational and stable preparation for the early stage of entrepreneurship. Based on the operation status and characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Xinjiang universities, as well as the operation of relevant policies, systems and service guaran- tee measures, Xinjiang University- Students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship needs and innovation environment were ana- lyzed and compared in order to provide basic data and feasible suggestions to Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region govern- ment, universities and society- in the planning and layout of new entrepreneurship education.
