刍议元嘉体之“繁”

The Characteristic of Complexity of Yuanjia Style

元嘉体是南朝刘宋文帝元嘉年间形成的一种诗风。其代表诗人谢灵运、颜延之与谢庄的诗歌均具"繁"的特征,但"繁"在诗中的具体表现不尽相同。元嘉体之"繁"继承汉魏乐府辞藻华丽及铺陈描摹的创作手法,一改东晋以来空虚浮浅的玄言诗风,既是对魏晋诗歌艺术系统的回归,也对齐梁诗歌的创作产生了直接影响。

Yuanjia Style is a kind of poetic style formed in the Yuanjia Period under the regime of Emperor Wen in the Kingdom of Song.The representative poets of this style are Xie Lingyun,Yan Yanzhi and Xie Zhuang and their poems have the common characteristic of complexity.This characteristic carries on the flowery language and elaborate description of Yuefu of the Han and Wei Dynasties and gets away from the style of being empty and shallow prevailing since the Eastern Jin Dynasty,which represents the return to the artistic system of poems in the Wei and Jin Dynasties and has an influence on the poetic creation in the Qi and Liang Dynasties.
