施予式非物质文化遗产保护演化博弈模型与演化路径研究

A Research on the Evolutionary Game Model and Evolution Path of the Grant Protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage

施予式保护是当前非物质文化遗产保护普遍采用的方式。在徽州非物质文化遗产保护过程中,政府部门对政绩的需求和非遗传承人对文化与经济利益的需求逐渐演变成一场资源博弈。构建施予式徽州非物质文化遗产保护演化博弈模型,利用复制动态方程、系统相图和雅克比矩阵等工具,分析了政府部门和非遗传承人之间群体博弈局势的变迁原理,最后,基于演化路径分析提出了徽州非物质文化遗产保护策略,以期有效推动徽州非物质文化遗产保护工作。

The grant protection is a common way of protecting the intangible cultural heritage.In the protection of intangible cultural heritage of Huizhou,the demand of the political performance of government departments and the cultural and economic demand of the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage have gradually evolved into a competition for resources.By building an evolutionary game model for the grant protection of the intangible cultural heritage,by means of replicated dynamic equation,phase diagram,and Jacobian matrix,the paper analyzes the change of the group game between government departments and the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage.Based on the analysis on the evolution path,the strategies of protecting the intangible cultural heritage are suggested to promote the protection of the intangible the cultural heritage of Huizhou.
