摘要
运用话语修辞理论,以2017年唐纳德·特朗普的就职演讲为语料,辅助AntConc3.4.4数据库进行词频统计,剖析唐纳德·特朗普在就职演讲中如何运用语言技巧构建其美国总统形象。研究发现,唐纳德·特朗普在就职演讲中通过运用亚里士多德的修辞理论,将自己成功塑造成"权重望崇的拥有者""勤政爱民的践行者"和"人民福祉的守护者"的总统形象的。
With the aid of the database AntConc 3.4.4,the paper analyzes from the perspective of discourse rhetoric the image construction of the US president based on Donald Trump’s inaugural address.The result shows that Donald Trump,by using Aristotle’s rhetorical theory,has successfully projected an image of a powerful and prestigious leader,a practitioner of the advocacy of being diligent in politics and loving the people,and a guard of the people’s well-being.
