摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,高校安全保卫工作的科学性在深度和广度上有了大幅度提升,同时对安保人员的素质提出更高的要求。牢固树立以人为本和服务是金的工作理念,强化安全保卫队伍日常教育培训;引进竞争机制,择优选拔录用,大胆改革创新,构建多元化队伍;完善制度,形成机制,使高校安全保卫队伍年轻化、制度化和规范化,这些是打造高素质安全保卫队伍的必由之路。
With the coming of the era of big data,the security work in universities has been greatly improved,and the security personnel are expected to meet new requirements for their quality.A security team of high quality can be constructed through establishing a people-oriented and service-oriented concept,strengthening the routine education and training of the security personnel,introducing a new competition mechanism,selecting for employment on the basis of qualifications,improving the system to ensure a young,institutionalized and standardized security team.
