矿用本安数字化地质罗盘仪的设计与应用

摘要 为解决传统机械指针式罗盘仪在煤矿井下误差大、效率低等问题,采用数字化仪表技术设计实现了矿用本安型地质罗盘仪。其数据采集技术采用了磁阻与加速度传感器,在结构上采用光电一体化设计,软件方面设计了专门的地质体产状测量程序,使得测量地质体产状可以半智能化。试验结果表明,该罗盘可进行0°~360°方位测量和0°~90°倾斜测量,消除了读数误差,提高了使用者在矿山井下、野外等危险环境中的安全系数、工作效率和测量精度,可广泛用于矿井地质、地质勘查等领域。 In order to solve the problem of large error and low efficiency of the traditional mechanical pointer compass in coal mine, the geological compass instrument is realized by the digital instrument technology design. The data acquisition technology adopts the magnetoresistance and acceleration sensor, the structure adopts the photoelectric integrated design, and the special geology is designed in the software aspect. The test application results show that the compass can carry out the azimuth measurement of 0 -360 degrees and 0 -90 degrees, eliminate the reading error and improve the number of safety lines in the mine underground and field and other dangerous environment.Efficiency and measurement accuracy, can be widely used in mine geology, geological exploration and other fields.
