摘要
传统设备列车的轨道与车架分开,一般采用绞车进行牵引移动,需要重复铺设轨道和拆卸轨道,机械效率低,成本高。针对传统平板车的这一弊端,提出了一种新型自带轨道的垂直提升平板车结构。介绍了该新型平板车的工作原理及其优势,简述了其各大结构部件,并对提升机构进行了有限元验证,以期提高其机动性和效率。
The track of the traditional equipment train is separated from the frame, and generally the drawworks are used for traction and movement. Need to double track and disassemble track, low mechanical efficiency and high cost.In view of this disadvantage of the traditional flat plate car, a new type of vertical lifting flat plate car structure with its own track is proposed. This paper introduces the working principle and advantages of the new type flat plate car,briefly describes its main structural components, and verifies the lifting mechanism by finite element method in order to improve its mobility and efficiency.
