摘要
以薄壁管滚珠旋压变形影响区域的应力三轴度平均值作为管件塑性成型能力的判别标准,以AZ31镁合金薄壁管为对象,基于有限元仿真计算,得出了减薄量、进给比、滚珠直径三个工艺参数对变形影响区内应力三轴度平均值的影响;为了便于得出最小应力三轴度及其对应的工艺参数,采用三元三次多项式对四者之间的关系进行了多元非线性函数关系拟合;拟合结果与有限元计算结果对比表明本文所给出的拟合函数具有足够的精度。
The main points are as follows: the average value of stress triaxiality of the zone affected by the spinning deformation of thin wall tubes is taken as the criterion for judging the plastic forming ability of pipes, and the thinning and feed ratio of AZ31 magnesium alloy thin-walled tubes are obtained based on the finite element simulation calculation. The influence of three technological parameters of ball diameter on the mean value of triaxiality of stress in the deformation affected zone, in order to obtain the minimum stress triaxiality and its corresponding technological parameters, The multivariate nonlinear function relation is fitted by the cubic polynomial of three elements, and the result of fitting is compared with the result of finite element calculation, which shows that the fitting function given in this paper has enough precision.
