摘要
介绍了全断面岩石掘进机的刀具布置形式和布置原则,建立了盘形滚刀的优化布刀模型,提出适用于边滚刀的主要布置原则,利用多目标多约束的手段来优化刀具布置,用遗传算法得到最优解。并以某型刀盘为实例,验证了该布置方法的可能性。
The tool layout form and layout principle of full section rock roadheader are introduced. The optimal tool layout model of disc hob is established, and the main layout principles suitable for edge hob are put forward. The tool layout is optimized by means of multi-objective and multi-constraint, and the optimal solution is obtained by genetic algorithm. The possibility of this method is verified by taking a cutter head as an example.
