某矿急倾斜煤层综放面回采巷道支护优化

Optimization of Roadway Support in Fully-mechanized Caving Face of Steeply Inclined Coal Seam in a Certain Mine

摘要 以受注水、爆破软化影响的某矿+590水平B6回采巷道为工程背景,对巷道松动圈范围以及巷道钻孔围岩破碎状况进行探测,了解巷道围岩在矿山压力、注水软化下的破坏形态;最后依据矿压观测反馈的信息,对+590水平B6回采巷道支护参数进行优化设计。现场试验结果表明,该研究成功解决了注水软化顶煤时回采巷道的支护问题,对于以后相似地质条件的工程提供了简单可行的技术方案。 Taking the 590 horizontal B6 mining roadway, which is affected by water injection and blasting softening, as the engineering background, the scope of the loose zone of the roadway and the broken condition of the surrounding rock of the borehole in the roadway are detected, and the pressure of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the mine is understood. Finally, according to the feedback information of mine pressure observation, the supporting parameters of590 level B6 mining roadway are optimized. The field test results show that the research successfully solves the support problem of mining roadway when water injection softens the top coal and provides a simple and feasible technical scheme for the engineering of similar geological conditions in the future.
