摘要
针对机械制造行业常用的生产变速箱及齿轮的20Cr Mn Ti、20Cr Mo及20Mn Cr5等钢材,对末端淬透性及各类齿轮和轴等工件的表面和心部硬度的测量所使用的HRC标尺的不确定度进行评定,分析不确定度的来源,明确影响试验结果的各项因素,并计算出合成标准不确定度。
Aiming at 20 CrMnTiCMo and 20 MnCr5, which are commonly used to produce gearbox and gear in mechanical manufacturing industry, the uncertainty of HRC scale used to measure the hardness of workpiece surface and center of various gears and shafts is evaluated. The source of uncertainty was analyzed and the factors influencing the test results were determined. The uncertainty of synthetic standard was calculated.
