带式运输机零件键槽工艺改进探究

Research on the Improvement of Keyway Technology for Belt Conveyor Parts

分析了带式输送机零件键槽使用期间存在的问题,通过改进拉削工艺、找准合理位置以及确定拉削速度等提出了带式输送机零件键槽的工艺改进。改进后的零件键槽光洁度得到明显提升,滚筒承载能力也相应增强,主机的使用寿命明显延长。

This paper analyzes the problems existing during the use of the keyway of belt conveyor parts, and puts forward the technological improvement of the keyway of belt conveyor parts by improving the broaching technology,finding the correct position and determining the broaching speed. The improved keyway finish is obviously improved,the roller bearing capacity is also enhanced, and the service life of the main engine is obviously prolonged.
