摘要
为了解决掘进和采矿设备上的锥形镐严重磨损的问题,通过实验对切削磨损的切削类型、结构和工作角参数进行了研究。结果表明:在不对称切割类型的情况下,镐仅在一侧上磨损;对于倾斜角度的挑选,磨损随倾斜角度增加磨损差异逐渐增多。
In order to solve the serious wear problem of taper pick on tunneling and mining equipment, the cutting type, structure and working angle parameters of cutting wear were studied by experiments. The results show that the pick is worn only on one side in the case of asymmetric cutting type, and the wear difference increases with the increase of the inclined angle for the selection of inclined angle.
