摘要
针对矿井通风机震动故障,在调研基础上分析几种常见的振动故障原因,结合实例介绍了通过故障诊断和频谱分析方法,确定振动故障原因和具体位置。该技术在通风机故障检测中的应用,减少了风机故障,延长了设备使用寿命,有助于矿井通风系统的安全、高效运行。
In view of the vibration fault of mine ventilator, this paper analyzes several common causes of vibration fault on the basis of investigation and investigation, and introduces the reason and specific position of vibration fault through fault diagnosis and spectrum analysis. The application of this technology in the fault detection of ventilator is helpful to reduce fan fault and prolong the service life of the equipment. It is safe and efficient in the mine ventilation system.
