摘要
介绍了采煤机传动装置的机械构成和控制逻辑;对检测和故障诊断系统进行了理论设计,包括硬件和软件设计;重点阐述了不同检测参数下传感器的型号选择以及相关测点的确定。
This paper introduces the mechanical structure and control logic of shearer transmission device, and designs the detection and fault diagnosis system theoretically, including hardware and software design. The selection of sensor type and the determination of relevant measuring points under different detection parameters are emphasized.
