摘要
在介绍大运输量、长距离且可伸缩带式输送机中变频自动张紧装置的组成方式、相关参数,传动原理、工作原理的基础上,围绕带式输送机张紧装置展开深入研究与分析。该装置在煤矿的应用实例表明,该装置能够对胶带张力进行自行调节,采用配有变频自动张紧装置的带式输送机运行稳定、安全。
On the basis of introducing the composition, related parameters, transmission principle and working principle of frequency conversion automatic tensioning device in large volume, long distance and telescopic belt conveyor. Based on the analysis of belt conveyor tensioning device, The equipment can adjust tension of the belt and the belt conveyor equipped with frequency conversion automatic tensioning device is used to operate stably and safely.
