摘要
针对某矿15号煤15206综采工作面巷道掘进过程中,运输煤矸的皮带机在掘进过程中过断层时极易出现机头机尾翻翘、卡链、跳链和断链等设备故障,自主研发了简易的矿压煤矸运输皮带机,并得出主要结论:通过经验公式计算该矿煤矸皮带机驱动功率为48.72~25.83 k W,将原采用的DSJ-80/40/2×40煤矸运输皮带机改为型号为DSJ-80/40/2×55的皮带机;同时,对皮带机进行改进,并应用于15207工作面,由观测结果发现,本矿设计的简易煤矸皮带机可满足该矿井的需求。
In the course of roadway excavation of No. 15 Coal 15206 fully mechanized face in a certain mine, the belt machine carrying coal and gangue is prone to appear the equipment malfunction such as the head and the tail turning,chain clamping, jumping chain and broken chain when crossing the fault in the course of driving. A simple coal and gangue belt conveyor was developed, and the main conclusions were drawn: the driving power of the coal gangue belt conveyor was calculated by empirical formula to be 48.72 k W or 25.83 k W, and the original DSJ-80/40/2 × 40 coal and gangue transport belt machine was changed into a DSJ-80/40/2 × 55 belt conveyor, and the main conclusions were as follows: the driving power of the coal and gangue belt conveyor was calculated by empirical formula, and the driving power of the belt conveyor was calculated to be 48.72 k W or 25.83 k W.
