变频技术在锅炉风机中的应用

摘要 介绍了变频调速节能的原理,阐述了鼓风机、引风机变频的控制流程,总结了风机变频控制的优势。以4台10 t锅炉运行情况为例,通过对比工频和变频下的耗电量,得出变频调速技术能够每天节约550 k W的电量,一年能够节约160 600元,达到了节能增效、增加收益的效果。 This paper introduces the principle of energy saving of frequency conversion speed regulation, expounds the flow of frequency conversion control of blower and inducer, and summarizes the advantages of frequency conversion control of fan. Taking the operation of 4 10 t boilers in Yuandian No. 2 Mine as an example, by comparing the power consumption under power frequency and frequency conversion, it is concluded that the frequency conversion speed regulation technology can save 550 k W of electricity per day and 160,600 yuan per year. The effect of saving energy and increasing efficiency is achieved.
