摘要
基于实践经验介绍了输送带断带事故的原因和胶带在断带状态下的运行特点,重点介绍了全断面液压断带保护装置的结构及检测设计方案。结合应用编码器和信号采集传感系统,采用配置双编码器的设计方案,为断带检测提供了更可靠的保障,有效解决了上运和下运带式输送机断带事故检测的障碍与技术难点,从根本上提高了检测准确性,避免了断带保护装置发出误动作。
This paper analyzes structure and design schedule of the full section hydraulic belt break protection device,and introduces the cause of belt breaking accident and the operation characteristics of belt under the condition of broken belt based on practical experience. Combined with encoder and signal acquisition sensing system, the design scheme of double encoder is adopted, which provides a more reliable guarantee for belt break detection, and effectively solves the obstacles and technical difficulties of belt breaking accident detection of upper and lower belt conveyors.Fundamentally improve the accuracy of the detection, to avoid the fault band protection device from the wrong action.
