摘要
在对采煤机的结构组成进行深入研究的基础上,结合采煤机的可靠性工作要求,提出了基于PLC的采煤机状态监测机构实施方案,并根据监测信息的控制特点,确定了采煤机信息监测系统信息传递方式等,以设计功能较强的采煤机状态监测机构,为确保采煤机的安全、稳定工作提供可靠的保障。
On the basis of deeply studying the structure composition of shearer and combining with the reliability work requirement of shearer, this paper puts forward the implementation scheme of condition monitoring mechanism of shearer based on PLC, and according to the control characteristics of monitoring information. The information transmission mode of shearer information monitoring system is determined in order to design the condition monitoring mechanism of shearer which can provide reliable guarantee for the safety and stability of shearer.
