摘要
在总结实践经验的基础上,研究分析了影响煤矿井下排水系统系统运行稳定性的因素和实际需求,提出了基于PLC控制、监控站点前置的自动化控制方案,很好解决了目前我国大多数煤矿井下排水系统的水位检测、启动、停止控制等均需要人工操作以及可靠性差、极易出现故障的难题,对煤矿井下排水系统的可靠性、稳定性的提升具有重大意义。
The factors affecting the stability of underground drainage system in coal mine and the actual demand are analyzed on the basis of summing up the practical experience, and the control based on PLC is put forward. The automatic control scheme in front of the monitoring station has solved the problem, including the water level detection,startup and stop control of drainage system all need manual operation. It is very important to improve the reliability and stability of underground drainage system.
