摘要 基于机器视觉图像分析的自动选煤技术具有分析输送机上是否有物料的功能,即有材料的时候会找到图像轮廓输送带。颜色的平均值将根据蓝色的比例来计算组件和轮廓中的红色组件,将平均值与设定的阈值进行比较从而判断材料的类型。实际工程案例证明,该技术具有效率高、稳定性好、工作可靠的特点,系统还具有向分拣设备发送信号和统计各种材料数量的功能。该技术降低了煤炭企业的生产成本,提高了生产效率。 The automatic coal preparation technology based on machine vision image analysis has the function of analyzing whether there is any material on the conveyor, that is, the image contour conveyor belt will be found when the material is available. The average color will calculate the component and the red component in the outline according to the blue ratio, and compare the average value with the set threshold to judge the type of material. Practical engineering cases show that the technology has the characteristics of high efficiency, good stability and reliable operation. The system also has the ability to send signals to sorting equipment and to count all kinds of materials.The function of quantity.
