穴位贴敷配合中医定向透药在预防髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的应用研究

Ap plication Effects Observation on Acupoint Application Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Directed Drug in Preventing Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limb after Hip Replacement

目的观察穴位贴敷配合中医定向透药在预防髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法患者90例随机分为两组,对照组采用骨科常规的护理方法,观察组使用伤Ⅰ穴位贴敷配合中医定向透药代替穿戴弹力袜,其余治疗及护理均相同,观察两组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率、术后不同时间段股总静脉和股浅静脉血流速度。结果术后第7日观察组下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后第3、7日下肢股总静脉及股浅静脉血液流速均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷配合中医定向透药可提高髋关节置换术后患肢的血流速度,预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。

Objective： To explore the effects of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug in preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower limb in patients after hip replacement.Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group used the routine nursing method of orthopedics. The observation group used the wound I acupoint application combined with the traditional Chinese medicine directed drug to replace the wearing elastic stockings. The rest of the treatment and nursing were the same. The incidence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs,the total venous and femoral venous blood flow velocity at different time points after operation were ob-served. Results： The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower limbs of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the 7 th day after operation（P〈0.05）. The blood flow velocity of the common femoral and femoral veins of the lower extremities were both higher than those of the control group on the 3 rd and7 th day after operation（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug can improve the blood flow velocity of the limb and prevent deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs af-ter hip replacement.
