摘要
转动摩擦在实际的生活和技术应用中很普遍,因此有必要对转动摩擦进行测量。本文基于转动惯量仪利用光电门结合视频分析的方法测量转动系统的摩擦力矩,并探究不同的钩码质量以及不同的往复周期等对摩擦力矩测量的影响。测量结果表明:摩擦力矩测量方法是可行的。当钩码质量增加,摩擦力矩不断增大,且质量越大对于摩擦力矩的影响越为明显。当质量一定时,摩擦力矩随往复周期的增加而逐渐减小。
The research of the rotating friction phenomenon is of great significance in the actual production and life.Therefore,it is necessary to measure the rotating friction.This paper measure the friction torque through the rotational inertia meter,the photoelectric door and other instruments.In this paper,the friction torque of the rotating system is measured by the method of video analysis,and the influence of different quality hook codes and period on the friction torque measurement is discussed.The results have shown that the friction torque increases with the increase of the quality of the hook,and the friction torque increases with the increase of the reciprocating period.
