目的:深入讨论AHP层次分析法在放疗护理质量综合评价中的运用。方法:该文采用科室多年积累的数据,将AHP层次分析法运用于放疗护理质量综合评价中,从医护人员工作绩效和能力素质两方面出发构建了一套较全面的分层护理效果评价体系,以确定医护人员以及设备所占的权重,并给出不同因素的综合评价。结果:AHP层次分析法运用于放疗护理质量综合评价中,可较为全面的评价放疗科护理质量和水平。结论:AHP层次分析应用于护理质量综合评价,对评价和提升放疗护理质量有一定的积极作用。对于同类型的医院护理效果评价均适用。
