六安市居民结核病核心知识知晓率现况调查

Investigation on the rate of awareness of the tuberculosis core knowledge among residents in Lu'an

目的:调查六安市居民结核病核心知识知晓率。方法:在六安市裕安区随机选择高中学生、工厂工人、社区居民、农民和公共场所商贩五类人群各100人,采用结核病核心知识调查问卷进行调查。结果:结核病信息来源主要是宣传画和标语。总体知晓率56.8%,无论男女,高中学生知晓率均最高,农民最低(P<0.01)。高中学生肺结核传播方式知晓率最高,治愈方式最低,社区居民肺结核就诊症状知晓率最高,减少传播的方式最低,公共场所商贩肺结核是慢性传染病知晓率最高,治愈方式最低。结论:六安市居民结核病核心知识知晓率较低,相关部门应针对重点人群,加强宣教。

Objective：To investigate the awareness of core knowledge of tuberculosis in Lu＇an. Methods：We randomly selected high school students, factory workers, community residents, farmers and traders in public places in Yuan district, Lu＇an. Then the knowledge questionnaire was used to survey. Results：The overall awareness rate was 56.8%, and the highest was students, lowest was farmers no matter in men or women（P〈0.01）, Awareness of tuberculosis spread mode was highest among high school students, cure methods was lowest; clinic symptoms was highest in community residents, way of reducing the spread was lowest; tuberculosis is chronic infectious diseases was highest in public, cure methods was lowest. Conclusion：The awareness of core knowledge of tuberculosis in Lu＇an city is low. Therefore, the relevant departments should strengthen the propaganda and education.
