经电子支气管镜冷冻治疗支气管结核40例疗效分析

Bronchial Tuberculosis by Cryotherapy under Electronic Bronchoscope: Analysis of 40 Cases

目的:探究经电子支气管镜冷冻术在支气管结核病治疗中的应用疗效。方法:回顾性分析支气管结核患者40例。结果:患者病情完全治愈31例,支气管狭窄明显改善8例,自动放弃治疗1例。结论:通过电子支气管镜冷冻法治疗支气管结核患者,能够有效缓解患者症状,提高治愈率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To observe the cryotherapy＇s efficacy for bronchial tuberculosis under electronic bronchoscope.Method：Retrospective analysis of 40 patients with bronchial tuberculosis.Result：The patient＇s condition was completely cured in 31 cases, bronchial stenosis significantly improved in 8 cases,and 1 case abandoned voluntarily.Conclusion：Treating patients with bronchial tuberculosis by electronic bronchoscopy cryotherapy can effectively relieve their symptoms, increase the cure rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
