CBCT在口腔外科阻生牙拔除术中的应用价值 被引量:3

The value of CBCT in the extraction of impacted teeth in dental surgery

摘要 目的:观察口腔颌面锥形束CT(CBCT)在口腔外科阻生牙拔除术中的应用价值。方法:选取医院收治的124例行口腔外科阻生牙拔除术的口腔外科患者为研究对象进行对照性分析。结果:观察组临床有效率(96.77%)高于对照组(77.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.23%,明显低于对照组的16.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBCT在口腔外科阻生牙拔除术中疗效显著,可降低患者焦虑、抑郁程度,缩短手术时间,从而提高治疗有效率。同时对于降低术后并发症也具有重要意义。 Objective:To observe the application value of Cone beam CT(CBCT) in oral surgery.Methods:124 cases of oral surgery in oral surgery were selected as the subjects of oral surgery.Results:The clinical effective rate was 96.77% in the observation group, which was higher than 77.42% in the control group(P〈0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was 3.23%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.13%). Significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion:CBCT has a significant effect in the removal of oral surgery, which can reduce anxiety and depression, shorten operation time, and improve the efficiency of treatment. It is also important to reduce postoperative complications.
