牙列缺失种植后即刻固定修复14例的临床研究

Clinical research of 14 cases of immediate implant restoration on edentulous ridge

目的:探讨牙列缺失种植即刻固定修复的临床效果。方法:选择某医院上、下无牙颌或拔除无法保留的余留牙后牙列缺失的病例共14例种植患者,其中下颌9例,上颌植入5例。单颌植入6~10枚种植体,1周内予临时义齿固定修复,3~6个月后行永久修复。所有患者永久修复完成后第1、3、6和12个月复诊,以后每12个月复诊一次。结果:14例患者共植入120枚种植体,其中108枚为即刻修复,平均负重37个月(最长49个月,最短24个月)。所有患者对即刻修复效果满意,4枚种植体失败,其余种植体无松动、脱落,全景片检查种植体周围无透射区,未见明显骨质吸收。种植体存留率96.30%。结论:牙列缺失种植后固定义齿即刻修复患者接受度高,临床短期效果良好,长期效果有待进一步观察。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effectiveness of immediate implant restoration on edentulous ridge. Methods：there were 14 cases of implant missing cases, including 9 mandibular cases and 5 maxillary implants. 6-10 implants were implanted into the single jaw, fixed denture was restored within 1 weeks, and permanent restoration was performed after 3-6 months. All patients were revisited at first, third, sixth and 12 months after completion of permanent repair, and then visited again every 12 months. Result： A total of 120 implants were implanted in 14 patients, of whom 108 were immediately repaired and the average weight was 37 months（the longest 49 months, the shortest 24 months）. All the patients were satisfied with immediate repair, 4 implants failed, the rest of the implants were not loose and shedding, panoramic films were examined without transmission area around the implant, and no obvious bone absorption was found. The survival rate of the implant was 96.30%.Conclusion： The immediate restoration of fixed denture after dentition defect implantation has a high degree of acceptance. The short-term clinical effect is good, and the long-term effect needs further observation.
