手术治疗进展期胃癌99例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 99 patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的:回顾分析进展期胃癌手术早期并发症及其相关危险因素。方法:回顾分析医院手术治疗进展期胃癌99例的临床资料,分析术后早期并发症及其相关危险因素。结果:其中85例患者没有并发症,治愈出院(85.9%);14例出现早期并发症16次,治愈14例;行胸腔穿刺引流1例,再次置管引流术1例。术前白蛋白<30 g/L 13例,术后出现并发症5例,发生率38.5%;白蛋白>30 g/L,并发症发生率9.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前HB<100 g/L者44例,术后出现并发症10例,发生率22.7%;HB>100g/L,并发症发生率7.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。合并心肺疾病者9例,并发症5例,并发症发生率55.6%,无心肺疾病者并发症发生率8.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前有贫血、低蛋白血症、心肺疾病等因素,术后并发症明显增加。

Objective：To review the early complications and related risk factors of advanced gastric cancer surgery. Methods： the clinical data of 99 patients with advanced gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed, and the early complications and related risk factors were analyzed. Results：85 patients had no complications and were discharged（85.9%）. Fourteen cases were cured 16 times and 14 cases were cured. A case of thoracic puncture drainage was performed in 1 case. Preoperative albumin 30 g/L 13 cases, postoperative complications 5 cases, incidence of 38.5%; White protein30 g/L, the complication rate was 9.3%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were 44 cases of HB 100 g/L before operation, 10 cases of complications after operation, and the incidence rate was 22.7%. HB100 g/L, the complication rate was 7.3%, P〈0.05, and the difference was statistically significant; There were 9 cases of combined cardiopulmonary disease, 5 cases of complications, 55.6% percent of complications, and 8.9% of patients without cardiopulmonary disease, P〈0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion：there are many factors such as anemia, hypoalbuminemia and cardiopulmonary disease before operation.
