综合护理在微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing in lumbar disc herniation with minimally invasive surgery

目的:探讨综合护理在微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取收治的74例行微创手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,按随机数表法分为两组,各37例。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后视觉模拟(VAS)评分、日本骨科学会(JOA)腰腿痛评分及护理满意度。结果:与干预前相比,干预后两组患者VAS评分、JOA评分均明显改善,且研究组患者改善幅度更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症患者中采用综合护理干预,可明显减轻患者的痛苦,促进患者身体恢复,改善护患关系,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing in lumbar disc herniation（LDH） patients with minimally invasive surgery.Methods：74 LDH patients with minimally invasive surgery in hospital were divided into two groups by random number table, with 37 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing, while research group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The visual analogue scale（VAS）, Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA） lumbocrural pain score, nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results：Compared with before intervention, the VAS and JOA scores of two groups improved after intervention, and the improved range of research group was more significant than control group（P〈0.05）; The nursing satisfaction of research group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing for LDH patients can significantly reduce pain, promote recovery and improve nurse-patient relationship, which is worthy of further promotion.
