摘要
目的:探讨护理综合实训在高职护理专业中的应用与评价。方法:于实习前对某校2014级和2015级高职护理专业共500名护生开设护理综合实训项目,项目开设前后采用统一的方式对护生进行综合实训考核。训练结束后发放问卷,调查护生对护理综合实训效果的评价。实习2个月后,随即抽取135名临床带教老师对护生的临床综合能力进行评价。结果:实训结束后,护生护理综合能力比实训前有明显提高(P<0.01),护生对护理综合实训持肯定态度,各项指标认同度均在90%以上;临床带教老师对护生临床综合能力的评价中,各项指标认同度均在80%以上。结论:护理综合实训激发了护生学习的积极性,提高了护生临床综合能力和实习质量。
Objective:To investigate the application and effect of comprehensive simulation training on the intensive training of nursing skills for college nursing students.Methods:Before the internship,a comprehensive training program was offered for 500 nursing students in the grade of 2014 and 2015.The comprehensive training assessment of nursing students is carried out in a unified way. Questionnaires were used to survey the students on comprehensive training of nursing skills. After two months of practice,the clinical comprehensive ability of the students was evaluated by 135 clinical teachers.Results:After the comprehensive training,the comprehensive ability of nursing care was improved significantly before the training((P〈0.01),nursing students have a positive attitude towards the training,all indicators are above 90%;The clinical teaching teachers' evaluation of the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students,all the indicators were above 80%.Conclusion:The comprehensive simulation training can not only inspire the enthusiasm of nursing students to learn,but also strengthen the students' clinical comprehensive ability and promote the practice quality.
