摘要
目的:观察"317护"健康教育在儿科病房中应用效果。方法:选取某医院收治的120例患儿进行观察,采用随机数字表法将分为教育组、对照组。对照组中60例患儿给予常规护理,教育组中60例患儿同时给予"317护"健康教育。记录两组患儿焦虑自评量表(SAS评分)、疾病知识知晓率、护理满意度评分、一次性静脉穿刺成功率、院内感染发生率。结果:教育组SDS评分、感染发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教育组疾病知识知晓率、护理满意度评分、一次性静脉穿刺成功率均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科病房护理过程中利用"317护"APP进行健康教育能有效缓解患儿不良情绪,提高患儿及其家长的疾病知识知晓率,减少院内感染发生率,提升护理质量,拉近护患关系,有利于加速患儿的的康复进程。
Objective:To observe the application effect of " 317 nursing " health education in pediatric ward. Methods:120 cases of pediatrics were selected in hospital,randomly divided into the education group and the control group.60 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care, and 60 cases in the education group were given "317 nursing" health education. Recorded the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), the awareness rate of disease knowledge, the nursing satisfaction score, one-time venipuncture success rate and nosocomial infection incidence of the two groups.Results:The SDS score and infection rate in education group were lower than the control group,it has statistical significance(P〈0.05);the awareness rate of disease knowledge, the nursing satisfaction score, one-time venipuncture success rate in education group were higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process in paediatric ward, "317 Nursing" app can effectively relieve the bad emotion of the children, improve the knowledge rate of the children and their parents, reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection, and improve the nursing care quality. drawing closer the relationship between nurses and patients,it's helpful to speed up the recovery process of children.
