健康宣教在儿童过敏性鼻炎治疗中的作用

The effect of health instructions to the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis

目的:探讨健康宣教在儿童过敏性鼻炎治疗中的作用。方法:选取门诊过敏性鼻炎患儿60例,随机分为对照组30例和观察组30例,对照组患儿给予常规药物治疗,观察组患儿在常规药物治疗的基础上,给予疾病知识、生活、饮食等健康教育。治疗2周后,比较两组患儿治疗效果及患儿家长满意度。结果:观察组患儿总有效率96.66%,患儿家长满意度93.33%;对照组患儿总有效率73.33%,患儿家长满意度66.66%。观察组总有效率及满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康宣教可以提高儿童过敏性鼻炎的治疗效果及患儿家长的满意度。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of health instructions to the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis.Methods：60 children with allergic rhinitis in the clinic were randomly divided into two groups： the control group（30 cases） were only given rational drug treatment, the observation group（30 cases） were given drug treatment and health education, such as knowledge of disease, life and diet. Two weeks is taken as a course of treatment. Compare the two group＇s total effective rate and total satisfaction rate. Results： The total effective rate（93.33%）in the observation group is significantly higher than that in the control group（73.33%）, and the satisfaction rate（96.66%）in the observation group is also improved compared with that in the control group（66.66%）.Conclusion： Health instructions can effectively improve the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis. The parents of those children have more sense of satisfaction.
