社会支持护理对慢性肾衰患者的影响研究

Research on the Effect of Social Support Nursing on Compliance Behavior and Bad Mood of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探究社会支持护理对慢性肾衰患者遵医行为、不良情绪的影响。方法:选取医院进行慢性肾衰治疗的82例患者,将其随机分为研究组及常规组,分别为41例,对常规组患者行常规护理,对研究组患者在常规护理的基础上行社会支持护理,比较两组患者不良情绪、遵医行为及社会支持水平,并对患者治疗后肾功能进行检测。结果:研究组患者SAS及SDS评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05),且其平均得分均未达到其诊断标准,而社会支持情况均显著高于常规组(P<0.05),且研究组患者在治疗过程中遵医行为显著优于常规组(P<0.05),同时,研究组患者SCr、AST、AMS及LPS等肾功能指标均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性肾衰患者采用社会支持护理,能够有效提高患者遵医行为,并降低其不良情绪水平,对有效改善患者肾功能及提高生活质量均具有重要意义。

Objective：To explore the effect of social support nursing on the compliance behavior and bad mood of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods：Eighty-two patients with chronic renal failure who were treated at the Hospital were randomly divided into study group and routine group, with 41 cases in each group. Nursing was performed on the basis of conventional nursing care for patients in the study group. Social support was compared between the two groups of patients with adverse emotions, compliance and social support, and renal function after treatment. Results：The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）, and the average scores did not reach the diagnostic criteria, and the social support was significantly higher than the conventional group（P〈0.05）. The patient＇s compliance behavior in the course of treatment was significantly better than that in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the renal function indexes such as SCr, AST, AMS and LPS in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The use of social support care for patients with chronic renal failure can effectively improve the compliance of patients and reduce their unhealthy mood. It is of great significance to effectively improve the renal function of patients and improve the quality of life.
