安宁疗护对肿瘤末期患者家属的影响

The influences of Anning therapeutic nursing for family members of advanced tumor patients

目的:探讨安宁疗护对肿瘤末期患者家属的影响。方法:选取医院收治的100例肿瘤末期患者及其家属进行观察,随机数字表法将患者分为研究组、常规组各50例。常规组给予常规护理,研究组给予安宁疗护,记录两组患者家属对护理的接受度、满意度评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD评分)情况。结果:研究组患者家属的护理满意度评分及接受度均优于常规组(P<0.05);且研究组患者家属的HAMD评分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安宁疗护是一种专门针对肿瘤末期患者实施的科学护理方案,减轻了患者的痛苦,让患者家属树立优死观,缓解负面情绪,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective：To analyze the influences of Anning therapeutic nursing for family members of advanced tumor patients. Methods：100 cases of advanced tumor patients and their families were selected in hospital,Randomly method used to divide all the patients into the study group and the routine group,50 cases in each groups. The routine group were given routine nursing, satisfaction score, the study group were given Anning therapeutic nursing, recorded the nursing acceptance, Satisfaction score, Hamilton＇s depression scale（HAMD score） of family members for the two groups. Results：The nursing satisfaction scores and acceptance of the patients＇ families in the study group were better than the routine group（P〈0.05）; The HAMD score of the patients＇ families in the study group was significantly lower than the routine group,it has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion;Anning therapeutic nursing is a kind of scientific nursing program for advanced tumor patients, which can alleviate the pain of patients, and make the patients＇ families have a good view of death, alleviate the negative emotions. It has high clinical application value.
