摘要
文化产业是现今的顺应大众精神消费发展壮大的新兴朝阳产业。在文化产业大发展的背景下,文化企业也如雨后春笋般的出现。2012年万达文化产业集团成立,它是传统产业向文化产业转型的典型。万达文化产业公司在同行业中有着举足轻重的地位,其经营管理策略构筑了其龙头地位的核心竞争力。具体体现在:(一)快速的跨区域扩张能力;(二)较强的连锁经营能力;(三)持续的创新经营能力;(四)线上线下结合发展模式;(五)员工自身涵养的提升。万达文化产业集团是目前传统产业转型文化产业案例中的典型,它的经验是值得思考和借鉴的。
Culture industry is the present emerging sunrise industry that flows the masses demands.
