论综艺娱乐主持人职业生涯各阶段有效策划——以湖南电视台主持人汪涵为例

On the Effective Planning of Variety Show Entertainment Masters in Different Periods:Taking the Host of Hunan TV Station Wang Han as an Example

综艺娱乐主持人是最受欢迎的职业之一,但是目前普遍的是只有少数几位优秀主持人苦撑大梁,合适的后继者寥寥无几。究其原因,从主观方面来讲,缺乏对职业生涯各阶段的有效策划应是关键因素。汪涵是受众熟知的、当代最成功的综艺娱乐主持人之一,他的成功离不开精心的策划与运营。采用个案分析法,将汪涵的职业生涯划分为五个阶段,通过对各阶段汪涵的主持策划进行分析,概括出对于后来者行之有效的建议。
