核电企业库存控制的提升策略探讨

核电企业的安全性与经济性是最重要的两个指标,基于核电行业的特殊性,存货在流动资产份额中占有较高的比例,也因此占用了公司大量的流动资金和管理成本,因此通过优化库存控制降低企业成本的策略在存货管理中变得愈加重要。论文主要从实际工作角度出发,通过探讨库存控制的提升,以有效降低存货库存水平,从而为公司降本增效。

The security and economy of nuclear power enterprises are the two most important indicators. Due to the particularity of the nuclear power industry, inventory accounts for a high proportion of the current assets, so it also takes up a large number of liquidity funds and management costs of the company. Therefore, the strategy of reducing enterprise cost by optimizing inventory control becomes more and more important in inventory management. From the point of view of actual work, this paper discusses the improvement of inventory control, so as to reduce the inventory level effectively, and reduce the cost and increase efficiency of the company.
