摘要
面对项目建设过程中不断涌现的管理问题,其工作分解结构(WBS)工具、项目信息化管理工具等传统管理手段不断遇到挑战。KH科技有限公司项目建设过程中创新性地引入绩效管理模型,通过绩效计划、监督、考核和绩效改进等环节的运作,从项目主体人的管理角度出发,为项目管理提升开辟了一条蹊径。
In the face of the emerging management problems in the process of project construction, the traditional management tools, such as the work breakdown structure(WBS) tool, project information management tool and so on, are facing constantly challenges. In the process of project construction of KH Science and Technology Company Limited, the performance management mode is innovatively introduced. Through the operation of performance planning, supervision, assessment and performance improvement, a new path for the promotion of project management is opened up from the management perspective of project subject.
