摘要
我院从涉及整个流程的各个方面入手,运用品管圈工具共同制定和谐守护圈以此来降低急诊医护人员伤害事件的发生。
From all aspects of the whole process, we use the quality control circle tools to develop a harmonious guardian circle to reduce the occurrence of injury incidents for emergency medical staff.
