众所周知,随着互联网时代的来临,传统媒体受到了严重冲击和挑战。而与其他传统媒体一样,陕西移动电视台也受到了很大冲击。论文着重探讨陕西移动电视台的资源配置和运营结构,希望借此制定出互联网时代的应对策略,逐步建立起符合市场经济规律,符合广播电视现状的移动电视运营体系,充分发挥陕西广电系统的资源优势,积极探索和实践移动电视发展的有效途径。

As we all know, with the advent of the internet era, the traditional media has been seriously impacted and challenged. Like other traditional media, Shaanxi Mobile TV Station has also been greatly affected. This paper mainly discusses the resource allocation and operation structure of Shaanxi Mobile TV Station, hopes to formulate the coping strategy for the Internet era through this, and gradually establishes the mobile TV operating system in accordance with the laws of market economy and the current situation of radio and TV, so as to give full play to the resources advantage of Shaanxi radio and television system, and actively explore and practice the effective way of mobile TV development.
