浅谈发挥大学生校园文化德育功能的措施

Discussion on the Measures of Playing the Role of Moral Education of College Students' Campus Culture

论文通过分析加强校园文化德育功能发挥的重要意义,提出合理有效的措施进一步发挥校园文化德育教育功能,通过培养和提升学校师生的综合素养、完善校园文化管理制度、培养优秀的学生干部队伍、组织健康向上的校园文化活动,提高学校的办学质量和社会竞争力,使校园文化的德育功能得以充分发挥。

Through analyzing the significance of strengthening the function of moral education of campus culture, this paper puts forward reasonable and effective measures to further develop the function of moral education of campus culture. Through cultivating and improving the comprehensive accomplishment of teachers and students, perfecting the management system of campus culture, cultivating excellent student cadres,organizing healthy and upward campus cultural activities, the school quality and social competitiveness can be improved, and the moral education role of campus culture can be fully played.
