The freshmen education is the starting point of ideological and political education of college students. Doing a good job in freshmen education is related to whether the students can successfully complete their studies and grow up healthily. Making full use of the role of peer model to carry out freshman education reflects the self-education function of college students, the equality among educational subjects and the timeliness of peer education itself.
