Constructing First-Class Archives and Creating Excellent Projects

水电工程建设项目的质量关系国计民生,备受重视,许多在建的水电站工程都提出了"创精品工程"的口号。精品工程的检验依据是工程项目档案。因此,创精品工程就是要建设一流档案。论文依据相关文件对档案管理的要求,结合水电站建设的特点,就档案管理提出了一些看法。

The quality ofhydropower construction projects is related to the national economy and people＇s livelihood, and it is highly valued. Many hydropower projects under construction have put forward the slogan of＂creating excellent projects＂. The inspection basis of the excellent works is the archives of the engineering projects. Therefore, the creation of excellent projects is to construct first-class archives. Based on the requirements of archives management in the relevant documents, and combined with the characteristics of the hydropower construction, some opinions are put forward for archives management.
